Easy Fit Masterbatch

Caps and closures are a key component of product packaging. The easy fit masterbatch is designed to protect our palm against bruises when we try to open cold frosty beverage bottle caps.

Cold frosty bottle caps have knurl designed over it. The knurl provides a non-skid surface to grip during the opening and closing operation. It is found to be difficult to open immediately after removing from cold storage. One has to grip tight and apply more opening force, than that is required in normal conditions. This results in the slip of our palm over the knurl designed caps causing bruises and injury. Easy fit masterbatch is designed to overcome such serious problems. It imparts excellent release of PP, CPP, HDPE caps and closures from polymer, metal or glass bottle threads and improves the release of caps from moulds while production.
