Improvement in processing and quality production is a need of every production house. Rheocare 8010 masterbatch is useful in processability of low MFI polymers. These polymers tend to be viscous and sticky above their melt temperature. Rheocare improves flow of polymer between polymer long chain molecules. It lowers the apparent melt viscosity and allows processors to use high strength polymers, which could otherwise not be processed on available equipment. It does not reduce the mechanical or physical properties of any type of polymers.
It is suitable for extrusion, injection moulding and blow moulding process. It is useful for high temperature processing. It does not change any physical properties associated with high strength plastic.
